Are these prices "good" for buying an Extended warranty on a C32?
1st here is the car, it has extremely low miles for a C32, lowest on all of autotrader:

The seller said he was willing to take $23,000 for it. Here is his response back to me regarding different warranties on it, do you guys think this is a good deal for the warranty? I won't buy a C32 with out one, here is the email:
"Ok I checked for you and here are the #’s.. a 3 year 36k warranty is $2900, I will sell it @$1972. or a 4/48k is $3400, Will sell it for $2453.. or a 5/60k is $3995, I will sell it for $3298.. or a 72/expires @104k for $4900. I will give you a mad deal @ $3762 .. call me, Another person called on the car today. It’s very clean. Hope to see you soon."

Prices are good. I paid 2300 for 3/36. Just make sure the warrently company (if 3rd party) actually does cover amg vehicles.

Just to give you a reference point I just paid $22,900 for my 2003 1 owner with 2 year MB extended warranty. No Nav. So if you can talk him down a bit and get the warranty looks to be a good deal. That is low mileage for a 2002. I had an aftermarket warranty on my BMW and it was fine. Just make sure you do research on the company and find out their insurance rating. Like if they are an A company. You just want to make sure the company is backed so if they do go under you are not out of your money.
I always suggest an extended warranty unless you are real good with a wrench. I would say if you got the car for around $21K-$22K or so that would be a good deal. I would get the 4/48 he is offering. Just make sure you do some research on the company first.
