HELP: Instructions for disassembling the center console
Hi,
Does anyone have detailed instructions or know of detailed instruction on the web that describe how to take apart the center console below the shifter?
I already know how to take off the upper piece around the radio, etc.
I could also use the link to the fuse people use for the V1 hardwire installation.

'06 Lexus GS300 RWD, '07 Camry SE V6 auto, '91 190E 2.6 auto
Open the ashtray and pop out the insert. Pull up on the chrome ring around the bottom of the shiftboot to detach it (it is only held by friction fittings and will still be attached at the base of the shiftknob once loose). Once the shifter boot is up, use your fingers at the front of the flat wood center console piece ( where the ashtray and center consoe meet) and the to pull straight up. Once the front is loose, the back will come right off. Turn the chrome ring/shiftboot sideways and it will slip through the hole on the center console wood as you lift it up and out of the way.
