Supercharger Oil
Any ideas on when to change the supercharger fluid? I would imagine as with any fluid, it should be flushed at some point.
Is it DIY job, or would a dealer be better off doing it?

I don't know of anyone who has done this. There is no access point that I know of (although it had to get there somehow, right?). I think it's an aerospace oil, and it doesn't get very hot; as a result it does not degrade much if at all.
There are lots more superchargers in use in the C230 forum. They might have some ideas.

I did, however, find two companies that claim to recondition the M112K supercharger (new oil, gaskets, bearings, etc.). When asked, they wouldn't give me any information on where I could get the materials myself. Oh well!

You might be able to contact these guys through ebay:

They are re-manufacturing C32 S/C's and could answer the original question. I think they are in Florida.
