Funny you should ask. I just went to the door to meet the UPS guy and receive my LET ignition wires. Let me look in the box....hold on. Yep look nice. Maybe Erick can chime in, but what I know is that there is a diode built into each wire that that holds/ retains spark, kind of like a capacitor, allowing for increased spark when needed. They are much better than stock.

The G and the K are for the different sizes. There is a long and a short wire.

The difference between these wires and stock / Magnecore is that they have a built in capacitor. This design allows energy from the ignition coil to accumulate in the capacitor until the voltage at the spark plug electrodes reaches the ionization point. At that split second point the entire power of the stored spark is discharged at once, creating a spark 300 times more powerful.

The spike is for millionths of a second. This is just as much fools gold as those 60 buck a piece spark plugs.Snake oil

your coils put out a stepped voltage discharged hundreds of times a minute.A diode nor a capacitor is an amplifier or transformer,do you think that these wires actually store 300 times the spark voltage and then discharge it?Install oem wires

I purchased these wires as well and they are extremely nice quality. The wire appears to be of higher quality then the OEM and the wires are a tad longer. The boots and internal pieces also appear to be of higher quality.

In all honesty in less you are running a modified motor then you probably will not notice a difference in performance from these wires. You will notice an improved idle and possibly better gas mileage though.

Ignition upgrades are not the place to look for these cars as the stock set up is fairly sufficeint. With that said, for 315.00 I feel it was an extremely worth while purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

Magnecor doesn't have the metal boot either, so keep that in mind.
