Definately let us know and hook up your w203 members! I really need these and dangerously have been putting off replacing my too thin front rotors until yours are available.

Brandon's first post says "The rotor is a two-piece, full floating design." I was under the impression that a "FLOATING" rotor allowed for lateral movement of the rotor (opposite set-up from a floating caliper) which compensates for rotor / caliper alignment deviations and assists in applying even pressure to each side of the rotor. Going on the pics alone, these do not appear to allow any lateral movement.

Oh wait, I see that JDC55 has already addressed this same observation earlier in this thread.

Like he mentioned first, these don't look like a full floating design, but maybe the final production pieces will be. Either way, after seeing the quality of my Code3 pulley, I'm sure these rotors will be nice.

Any one knows where I can find floating rotors for the CLK55?

Changing to Clk63 brakes is out of question, but a rotor upgrade would be a good option in improving brake performance, since the OEM rotors are crap!

PS: I'm using zimmermann performance rotors and same thing than OEM ones!

Thanks for your feedback

I already saw some other comments on RB but not many people buying those rotors here, but overall looks like a good product.

its diffucult for most to drop 1000$ for a set of rotors when the oem sets are under 400$. i needed them for a custom setup im doing but i have a modding addiction and im embracing it!
clk63 guys will buy them as the alternative is twice as much for oem and 9 lbs heavier
