PS: They both work well, but Greens don't fit very good, ESPICALLY on E55's. There are horror stories with them falling in due to poor design.

would have to agree, I personally got my k&n's from LET as well.

No matter what there should be a ton of stuff to read about...In my opinion the filters perform the same but its obvious the K&N are built better...

i've had K&Ns for 3 years. They work great. Do some searching for threads about this.

K&Ns fit perfectly, and when bougth new, the oil does not irritate the MAF sensor.

Note that the part number for air filters is the same for the C350 as it is for the C55 AMG. The OEM paper filter is a one size fits all. K&N's allow more air, and more engine responsiveness. I've used K&Ns in my CLK430 and CLK55.
