Great place to go fast, although the weather can be "iffy" on a regular, basis, cold, rainy and dreary.
But safety takes priority: No racing is allowed. Safety zones, gravel beds, crash barriers that go down to the ground and stacks of tires offer maximum protection should anything happen. Cars and motorbikes drive alternately in separate groups.

Any kind of sale of this graphical material is not allowed and is subject to written approval of the Hockenheim-Ring GmbH. In case of noncompliance follows a suspension and an entitlement to damages. Gernerally photographing and filming is permitted only from the stands or in the paddock.
Persons without valid accreditation pass or team pass in the infield will be sent off and have to bear the consequences.
Sounds pretty easy to me. Not sure about big bucks but this is right off the Hockenheim website. Its pretty much what the guy said at the front gate also.
