Hey everyone sorry for the absent posts. Everything has for sure been shipped. I had to have Kelly box and label them all up because I had 14hr work days throughout the weekend. If you did not recieve a tracking number or do not recieve your badges in the next day or so please email me directly at folex618@yahoo.com. Those go directly to my iphone and I can respond promptly.

I did get around to installing my 5.5 emblems and I will say I have no worries of these things ever falling off. I popped the passenger side on crooked because I was in a hurry and removing it was a royal PITA!! The 3M adhesive is no joke.

Sorry this took so long to get out. I should have just had someone ship these for me from thet get go.

I have quite a few of the 3.2 emblems still because some members did not purchase them. If anyone else wants a set let me know or I will just pop them on ebay.

Shoot before I forget- I was going to document a good way to install but I likely won't get around to it until the weekend.

I found the best placement to be in the center of the fender instead of closer to the door or the wheel well. This means the emblem will have to go over the fender for about 1/2 to an inch of where it is curved. The emblems will retain their shape so I gently and slowly bent each side so it went over the curve and set flush with the body. Peel off the back and apply good pressure for about 15-30 seconds along the entire emblem to give it a good bond.

On a side note, I busted three finger nail and managed to bloody up a couple fingers really good in the process of removing the factory "V6 Kompressor" emblems. The driver side came off in about 3 mins, and the passenger side took about 1/2 an hour - a real PITF (F is for fingers)

Where is everyone getting the tracking numbers and e-mail messages for the badges they ordered? I ordered with everyone else and I havent got any info or tracking number???? Someone throw me a bone here.

If so, you would have gotten a direct e-mail from PayPal.

Yes I got an e-mail from PayPal. I just thought I read that there were tracking numbers also. Im at an APO (Army post office) address in Germany so It probably takes longer. Patientley waiting.

Removed the old kompressor and now am waiting for the temp to drop below 100 degrees outside so I can install the new emblems! They look marvelous I must say, Folex!

I'm not installing mine but I was playing with them in the car and it looks like the best spot would be where it says [K O M P R E S S O R], of course, taking out the [V 6] part.

that's cool that you're in Germany. I'm PCSing there early next year, and taking my C-Coupé to Affalterbach where they're gonna do some nice work to my engine.

Got my Folex 3.2 badges today, so they'll come in handy in a few months...

I'll be living near Stuttgart by the way...

There on.....heres pics. My old badges came off with no problem. While they were off I waxed the whole car. Sorry rims are dirty. Just got off the Autobahn. Thanks again Folex.
