they are more of a high flow manifold design, than a traditional header. im interested to see what kind of gains they see on a na 55 engine.

I beg to differ with that. Btw...I got my Twin-Screw SC for $7,500 with only 5k miles on it. You should consider buying a used one from guys who are going to a V12 for around $6k for a V8 high boost version. Just make sure it's a TWIN SCREW and NOT a ROOTS design.

I may be selling mine for $6K in a few months when/if I replace/upgrade the entire engine to 6.5/7.0 liter variety.

And the one you have has some thought put into it too. Who cares what my sig says. Your post means nothing to this thread. This forum has people who want to talk about there cars and for the most part all the people who post her give good feed back and advice on questions members ask. As you can see all the posts except yours relate to the thread.

Its funny how people are quick to say don't mod a 55, I guess they don't know better but whatever back to the subject hooleyboy try going with the kleemann headers and the ams crank pulley, evosport udp's. With this setup I dynoed 330 rwhp the trq don't remember but around 342? With just a 50 shot of Nos it dynoed safely and consistent at 390rwhp and trq at 410. With the bottle pressure at 850, when the pressure was at 1050 it dynoed better and still st stayed safe.
Hooleyboy pm me.

...
too bad you wasted your money on a Renntech tune...

what we have seen from every Renntech tune when we have read out the ECU and have the maps in front of us...here are the changes that are made:

1. raise the speed limiter
2. raise the RPM limiter
3. add part throttle timing

that is it... we have the maps to prove it...

good luck with the Renntech route, you will be very disappointed...

I would have went with another company if they offered more product for a C55. Renntech is local for me and the turn around time was faster than most. I understand the C55 is limited when it comes to mods. I think what im done with my C55 I will be very happy rather than disappointed as i'm loving the ECU tune. Not sure if I know any renntech people who have there car decked out with renntech products that dont love their car. I could be wrong though. Would you say the same thing if I went with Evosport or Kleemann?
