They look great it's just a shame they're only 7.5/8.5. What do the evosport headers look like? Are they just the vrp log type or renntech type or kleemann type or???
Hey c32amg-dtm that pic doesn't load all the way it cuts off? To which rims are you referring?

Anyway, your wheel choice reminds me of the CLK DTM (vodafone) and CLK GTR (warsteiner) race cars in the pic... not a bad thing to be compared to, in my book

They are the Renntech, shorty header type made of ceramic coated mild steel rather than stainless.

Thanks for posting the pics - you have one sharp looking car! The SLK55 wheels look great and the fact that they bolt right on is even better. Are you running 245s or 255s on the rear?

By popular demand here is where you can find the bolts:

Make sure to verify what length you need as you need to have 20-25mm into the hub-

Sounds like fun. What tires are you running?

Hehe you guys are funny. The improvement is huge looks and performance wise. The ride is much harsher btw, but I don't really care and I chalk that up to my extreme performance tires.
I almost wish I hand't done the post forthe exclusivity! jk. BTW the rims are pretty light also at 29/30lbs.

I've been researching this a bit and does the SL not use 14mm BOLTS and the C55 use 12mm BOLTS? If you use 12mm bolts with the SL55 wheels would this not mean clamping force is greatly reduced? Or, do the RAD 12mm x 1.5 14mm ball seat 26mm shank bolts alleviate this concern somewhat???

The RAD bolts alleviate the issue because the ball seat is larger and sits properly in the SL wheel, thanks to this post, here is the results:

The car looks and rides fantastic!

SL55 rims are 18x8.5 in the front, 18x9.5 in the rear

Looks great, if you really wanted a performance upgrade with your wheels you should have gone for something aftermarket and lightweight though, unless these are an exception, OEM wheels are pretty heavy.
