2002 C32 Stock at the moment
i really like my k macs. you're correct re steering precision it transformed the car for me. also correct re sneeze factor, also middle lane ruts will make you move around some. but all in all a huge upgrade. does thump a bit but no squeeking you have to lube them well before installing.
those oem bushings are like $20 for fronts or rears - i know you need to buy either control or thrust arms as the bushing is not availabe separately. still, the parts are not that expensive i guess the majority what you paid must be labor cost.

I have not noticed an increase in the thump although I haven't had the chance to drive it TOOO much yet

the M3 was supposed to be ready for last sat but the suspension didn't ship in time so...i had a choice- stay home for the inagural event at nj's lightning or run the amg. i opted to run. got up 3am made it there by 7.30. had a blast- what a track. amg sprung a leak for one of evosports rubber caps that is used for the IC resevior mod. I was able to fix it and keep running. amg ran well. I kept up with a friend's e36 m3- 2600 lbs, motons, stock power. you gotta love the c32. i ran a 1:22.5 or so for my single timed lap. looking back at video i can clip 1-2 secs. i only got 45 mins total track time. i'm going back 8/26 with scda. hey come on up and join me.
i had gotten my dates wrong re the calabogie event- i thought it was the weekend of the canadian grand prix - i was figuring on on doing the track day friday then heading to to the race. the event was the week before so that squashed my plans......patroon bmw was passing out flyers at lightning for a calabogie day. maybe next yr.

With an understeering car, the simplest fix is to make sure you have at least as much grip up front as in back. MB made the C32 with wider rear tires. That actually contributes to understeer. I have changed my front wheels to C32 rear wheels so I'm running 245/40/17s all around.
Another "race" pad to consider is EBC Yellows.

Please tell me that was a REAL event and not an open track day. There are a WHOLE mess of cars out there at one time, IMHO. Also, what if any, passing rules did you guys have to follow A couple of those pisky GM cars looked like they were driving for their life, aka passing ANYWHERE. Oh well, nice safe track with plenty of run off areas, and it looked like it was VERY smooth. Something I praise Beaverun for, and really have NO desire to go back to Nelson Ledges because of their LOVELY surface conditions.
THANKS for posting it
See yeah

first that's not me in the vid. his lines are better than mine but i have it figured out now. i wanted to watch youtube vid of the track before i got there but didn't have time.
passing was front straight and the long right hander leading up to the bridge- some guys were pushing the issue I think i remember warnings being issued at the lunchtime drivers meeting.
this was not open track - 4 groups- novice, red, white, blue. i think i know who's in the vid, he was in my group (blue)
crowded event due to new track and it being on a weekend.
