My driver seat is ripped. Do you think is possible to switch the passenger seat with the driver seat???

Screw the dealership. They're gonna want to change the entire seat (and probably try to get you to change a ton of other things as well!) Go to an upholstery shop.

To answer your original question, yes, you can swap out seat bottoms. Not sure about the seat backs.

Agree with these guys, for the price you can even have them do a two-tone look if you would want to go that route, should be free of charge to do the two-tone.
