We really appreciate the awesome, supportive posts!
Brandon is traveling to San Diego for some R&D and will be back Sunday/Monday. He's going to pop in and answer many of the technical questions once his plane lands.
On a side note, everyone be sure to have fun tonight! Friday! WOOO HOO

Quality of it sure looks top notch. I look forward to seeing the dyno numbers posted. What were your pressure drop measurements of the stock vs. prototype intercooler?

I figured some people may have a 4-day work week. After all, it saves the environment wink wink lol
Why can't every day be a Friday?

Judging by your post time (3:02am), must not have figured out this Thursday night/Friday night thing until after the bars closed in SB. I figure it took about an hour to stagger down State Street to your computer.
I hope you're not feeling any ill after-effects this morning.
Happy Friday!

good to see this product amost released.
In turbo applications... adding a FMIC without any tuning adds power. But the oil cooler is probably more important piece than the FMIC.
In our case, we are okay with the oil temps. We just need to focus more on the lowering of IAT's and ensuring we don't back up the IC/HE system.
This new IC will let water pass through and avoid back log of hot water.
Installation probably won't be too hard.. I say 3 to 4 hours max if the vehicle is cool.
Add this IC to the spearco HE, clutch, pulley, intake and ECU tuning and its one serious C32.
But in my case.. my E will come first, since its a heat monster.

How much boost where you putting through the Laminova cores? I remember reading the extensive intercooler research that you were working on but I can't remember if you had installed a dedicated coolant reservoir for the intercooler system or not. Perhaps with the larger pulleys available (185) combined with the extra cooling capabilities of a dedicated coolant reservoir we could see some more HP?

I wish I could be enjoying the fun in SB, though I'm stuck down here in Los Angeles.
Happy OFFICIAL Friday!

Yes, I separated cooling circuits and used CM90, but CM20 will work as well.
In the end kompressor is out of airflow at around 420 RWHP.

I guess we could get a LOT of things, BUT according to some tuners who will go unnamed, us "C Class" owners are cheap!!!! Heard that one before??? I like to say that we don't like to get gaffed and expect performance for our money. Case in point: Pair of Renntech Headers for ML55 , $4000 new. Guess what, they give you a whole 15 HP. Big whoopdie doo???
I've ponied up for all kinds of things and would do the same again. These TUNERS misread their market. Code III and LET have read it very well. As Karen Carpenter says in her melodic voice, "We've only just begun." Or As Stevie Nicks says, Stand Back (my Illinois plate). Personally, Jerry and I won't be satisfied until we're nipping at the heels of the E 55s (you hear me Wayne ) . Now, thats a stretch, but not too much of a stretch. Heck, I can't wait till Erick gets that TT C32 done After I get done with Brandon's IC Intake and Jerry air intake and get on the "Bottle," the road is only opening up for us!!

Pipe down there slick!!! You called my girlfriend a grandma!!!
Seriously, the past 6 months have been a BOOM for C32 owners and mods!! Never a better time to own a C32 (or SLK 32) than now if your a modder. I can just see it, a 450 RWP C32 running in the 11s (the SRT6s are doing it now) and yet, its a Daily Driver!!!)

Wow...things are definitely changing here. A few years ago there were only certain mods and places to get them but C3P and LET are just doing things to these cars that no one cared to.......
My wallets getting thinner by the posts
Thanks for this C3P!
