** My advantage is simply my ability to DRIVE!!!! *** All things being said, our cars are probably equal, I dont have the Johnson or the HE & Phenolics, BUT we'll just let race day do the talking!!! Brandon better be pulling for me since I will be one of the first to have a C32 track tested with his pulley!!!

The HE, CM30 pump and spacers(still not installed) are to keep the power on longer by helping keep cooler and are best when doing repeated runs...........but an ice bag on the SC will help also inbetween runs. Pretty sure anyone running a SC pulley is pulling for you...I know if I had them I would. As for the list its as follows:

Right rear trunk lid, it says "LE", the T must have fallen off from the high speeds this thing is capable of!!!

IMHO, the second, smaller picture in Jerry's post is much more disturbing

p.s. agreed - looks like the IN plate that listed your county number first, followed by an ID number. Are they a different format now?

is there going to be a large meet of sorts any time soon? i want to come up- but i'm coming from St. Louis- not really wanting to drive all the way to chi-town just for dinner and a movie.
there is a HUGE and i mean HUGE weekend long car cruise/car show in Jacksonville Illinois (outside of Springfield) the end of September. Maybe we could get a big group to represent there.

Westchester has a big cruise night every Monday night from 5-9 at Wolf Rd & 31st St. Lots of gorgeous old and new cars there. They used to have a burnout contest at the end of the evening, but I think they toned that down.

Jacksonville is always a great time. Sometimes I get a hotel room, other times I've camped at the lake there. It's pretty cool- there's a 4 lane "strip" that's a couple miles long. Saturday night that road is just barely creeping along with cars cruising. People lining the streets watching- it's more or less a big parade. Sunday morning there is a big car show in the park. It's a good weekend full of great cars, good food, and (if I am staying there rather than driving back home Saturday night) plenty of beer. Maybe I should post this in the G2G section and see if we can't get a big group of Mercedes there.
It's not to bad of a drive from St. Louis- hour and a half maybe. I would guess around 3.5 from Chicago? If memory serves, Jacksonville is around 1/2 hour south of Springfield.

We're having a "Drag Meet' where we race!! Some will dress in Drag too, BUt its mostly to "drag!!" It'll be a drag if you don't make it, BUT I don't want to drag this out, so its not a shin-dig like "lets cruise" around type of thing.Originally Posted by bumpnzx3
