I see no pending orders from May in the order system.

I have not gotten any emails that I have not replied to.

My phone rings off the hook, but I answer it when I can....and I do return messages.

What did you order and what was the order number?

Please email me at sales@letmotorsports.com with all the info I need to help you.

Well, LET is currently being purchased by myself and another local member, Wayne. Considering Erick will not the owner of LET any longer, I need this info in order to help.

LET will be ran from Chicago, in our new office, with a dedicated support staff.

He sent me the wrong sized pulley and claimed to send me spacers which he did not. No response from the guy in over a month. I understand the hurricane problem, but I was supposed to get all of my items back in early July.

Sent Jerry an email, I hope my experience with him is different.

Guys if I need to drive to Houston to pick up items I will. Just give me some gas money and I'll do it. I live in Austin.

No, I'm going to put orders on hold until we get the company moved up to Chicago. I don't want anything to get mixed up during the process.

All current orders will be handled accordingly.

I trust Jerry and he does keep his promises. I think by the time Jerry takes the full ownership of LET, things will be faster than his C32.

I did have problems receiving LET parts in the past, but I am still a happy customer of LET.

Jerry,

I wish you all the best as you transition the company to Chicago, under the guidence of yourself and Wayne.

I am curious though. Does this spell the end of the C32TT project? Will Erick still be doing R&D with you?

Thanks for your service to us and our beloved cars.

Personally, I've received stellar customer service from both Jerry and Erick, pre and post-sale for anything/everything. In my experience, they're both guys that'll give you the shirt off their back, and then offer to tailor it for you too if you need. While I don't know Wayne (ChicagoX), I have followed some of his posts/threads, and he seems to be an intelligent, dedicated AMG gearhead... which gets a big two-thumbs-up in my book.

While the rationale for the new change may not be for public consumption, I at least hope the split is occurring on mutually agreeable terms - best of luck to you both; I'm sure I'll be talking to you before long anyway

Erick,

It's good to hear from you. I hope you and your family weathered the hurricane with only minor damage. I am assuming by your posting that you now have electricity. When you get a chance, please fill us in on the drama of the last few weeks and how your recovery is coming.

I am wishing all of God's blessings on your family during these trying times. Take care, my friend.
