Dude, don't shout. Erick is LET. He also lives in the Houston area. I can guess that, for at least the last few weeks, he has been a bit busy with, oh I don't know, a HURRICANE or something.

If you can't wait a little longer TemjinX2s' suggestion is good idea also. Sorry its been delayed remember those pullies if you ordered them are made to order and I read somewhere the company making them had made a few in error via size thus more time needed. If you can't wait then charge back but if so pretty sure the rewards are well worth it.

I thought I read AMG Jerry was taking the majority of duties up to Chicago (Away from houston).
And yes, he probably doesn't have power right now. 1 million of the 2 million homes in houston are without power.

If you ordered from LET you will get your parts. They have suffered some unfortunate impacts in both Houston and Chicago from a little storm called Ike.
It can be a bit frustrating but they will take care of you.

FYI, I live in north Houston (The Woodlands) I just got power back in my house yesterday, my business still has no power, the part of town that Erick lives in is a lot closer to the coast and had a much heavier impact, he has a wife and young kids to consider, getting supplies, gas, is hard, the grocery stores have no meat or produce, no ice, I am running a generator for power while typing this, I know Erick, he is an honorable man, and while I don't speak for him, I am sure he will respond as soon as he gets back to somewhat normal conditions. This hurricane is making things difficult for a lot of people. Please OP, patience and understanding

However, if you sent him an e-mail in Jan 08, seven months ago, and did not receiceve a reply, I think it would be prudent to send him another one, It may well have been deleted from his computer or a spam filter may have blocked the message, especially if your sending it from a non- US server. I you really wish an answer to the e-mail, send another.

I don't know how Erick is doing in Texas cause I forgot to ask...but saw Jerry at his job the other day and even he is pretty busy with his day job so imagine LET. I actually congratulate him for running as determined as he is and even doing other work besides his family also.

Well if the order was placed in May the hurricane didn't happen until September. Even if they are going through changes they still should be available for those they charged out for product that the receipient hadn't received.
