Make her pay. You should have called the cops even though there was not much damage. I know someone where the exact thing happend. He reported it a few days later but the person that hit him changed the story around and ended up coming out of his pocket. Not saying that she will change the story but what if she does? her workd agains yours and then you would go to court etc..

I'm laughing my *** off reading these! lolololol damn. Well I talked to her last night, I got the estimate for 730 dollars, she went through insurance, and before she hung up she said something interesting like:"well i'm going through insurance, so your insurance will go up as well ok thanks bye". Idiot doesn't realize she just screwed herself over for 7 years of higher interest rates, and will end up costing her a lot more money than if she paid out of pocket...And on top of that she doesn't know my insurance WILL NOT go up because I asked my agent two days ago. Guess she doesn't want to take money out of the beer fund (pay herself).

i'm sure she didn't want to beg mommy and daddy for $730. Well if your going go through insurance, might as well get a quote from the dealer and get some more money out of it.

You would think I let the chance pass, but then BAM! A few days later from the accident I called her, and to make a kind of long story short, I spoke to her father, and I will be shortly recieving a check for the damage.. Sorry I have no photos of her lol She was par at best though.
