The best remedy for all this is to just keep your c32 and modify it, and buy a 2003 E55 for instance this one:

honestly if I do get an E55 the first thing I do will be swapping out the steering rack for the 05-06 ones so that the car doesn't steer like a grandma mobile. The GS460 has better steering feedback than 03-04 E55s.

BUT damn...WTF...that's soo cheap

LET C32 2002
Well whatever you do I think after driving the C63 for a while you won't be bothered by the C32 trading in at that rate. I am trying to hold out for a CLS55 but WTF! prices on those stay high! I think a C63 will hit the $30-40k sales range before the CLS55 does. Post pics when you can.

the SL and the CLS are the only two model that retain their value.

The SL55 is a beauty of a car, but still a lot more expensive than the e55. I never really thought that the cls55 was that goodlooking. I am looking around for a 2003 e55 with decent miles, but there is no way I am trading in my c32 for $10000, no way. I would rather keep it. With just a pulley, heat exchanger, johnson pump, and an LET tune, the c32 is just as fast as a stock e55 or c63.
