I don't doubt you...........just use that to show as proof to the only people who can do anything about it...the authorities...look on this or any forum its easy to make a story sound to anyones benefit right? As I see it you agreed to buy used "AS IS" tires right? If the man is even offering to give you a refund then thats alot in my opinion. AS IS means no warranty and no business will even offer a refund. Maybe he didn't want to give the refund or maybe he did...alot of times people put their dirty laundry here to hopefully twist the others arm into submission. There are situations when putting it on here is best...and times not. But ultimately you can stick to the stuff you are doing behind the lines like the complain to paypal....how things turn out with you don't mean or show proof they will happen to another member here right? Not against you at all...I actually feel bad you have to go thru this over used tires. I hope things turns out good for both of you. God bless...
