Suggestions for quick, smooth launch in C32?
I've tried with ESP on and off. With it on, if you nail it out of the hole, the torque reduction nanny cuts in. With it off, I do a massive burnout.
Should I baby it a little more? I think tires might be close to being shot so that probably doesn't help either.
Any suggestions would be appreciated,

Some control of the right foot would help! 
You don't have to use ALL the power you have.
Actually it'll depend a lot on the road surface. On some sticky surface you won't be able to to spin 'em no matter what. Then you would hold the brake while revving to 1500 rpm or so and then release the brake and floor it.
