yeah i never seen top mounts with uneven grooves before..but looking back at it its pretty ingenius of mercedes, so you know for sure there indexed correctly because of the grooves.
For me i think i must've goofed a aligned it slightly off when i was attaching it. thats why i'm getting that clanking sound on the driver side.
