how many miles do u have on ur car, if it about 80K the most likely suspect is the CPS (mine went bad at 80K miles). if it has 115K or so replace the fuel pump relay ( mine went bad about 3 weeks ago but gave me some warning, it would take longer to start sometimes, i had a post on it. ur fuel pump relay is in the third slot from the bottom in the trunk fuse box (u may not have anything in the 2nd slot)). if it happens again pull the relay out and use a wire to jump the relay (i dont remember the pin numbers but if u look at the side of the relay u should see the diagram). the relays cost about $20 but be prepared to explain to the dealer where exactly it fits in the car because mine did not have a clue what i was talking about.
I hope this helps

hey thanks for the advice
i pulled the fuses in the trunk and the fuel pump one looked fine.
my car almost has 80K (78.5K) so it may be the CPS. I am going to install headers, new pulley kit, plugs, and wires this weekend, so i think i am going to order a CPS just in case for some preventative maintenance.
