I have the stock E55 AMG cover on order and am planning to switch the mercedes symbol with the kleemann.

I plan tackling the engine cleaning tomorrow after i get out of the office. I am actually looking forward to it

As for the wheels I think I am narrowed down to a set of BBS 19" for autocross (with Hoosier A6) and HRE COMP20 (C20) with the charcoal finish with Pilot Sport SP2's

When the fellow Chicago Merc guys get a Dyno meet up there I plan brining this to it. Keep an eye out for it may get to see it in person when I bring it up there.

Very nice. I think the car you bought used to be DragonAMG's. According to his previous posts, he sold it a couple years ago for $71K.

The fact that he said he sold it for $71K is amazing considering the massive depreciation that Mercedes vehicles have.

If thats true and no more mods have been done to it, it shows 531 Crank HP, and the 117 Mph trap speed backs that up. 537 RWHP is not 117 Mph trap, more like 125+ in a C55.

one suggestion though, and it's a mod on my car that i think looks great --> HID fogs. it's simple to install and not too costly (i paid $100 for the lights and install)

After the weekend is over, there better be some pics of a clean engine bay. U gotta clean that cause the car is really nice but when you open the hood its scary.
