Advans inspired Brabus shift knob

I Scored a Brabus shift knob, and It rules.

Installing it was not hard at all. The hardest part is getting the stock knob off, nothing a set of Channel Locks cant take care off. Then its just a matter of tapping into two wires. It took me a little bit because my soldering gun sucks. I ended up just crimping the wires together with $2 worth of ace hardware wire joiners.

If you are thinking about getting one DO IT! it rocks.

Much better looking than the stock one you get with the c55. Where did you get it?

The Mercedes dealer had it for a long time an know one bought it so they gave it to me. Nice little score

sweet. very lucky indeed since the suede R171 knob no longer exist. now they only have the crappy leather version.
