Argument with an Evo...
It was even from a dig, too.I think I'm happy enough with the power I have. Going to start focusing on handling now. I don't think I want to go all out though with coil-overs. Any objections with say...an Eibach spring kit w/thicker swaybars and Bilstein Sport Shocks?

Coming from an Evo X-the C55 wouldnt stand a chance-but the ride, road noise, and looks are a so much better-it was worth the trade (I'm guessing like many on here-theres a car to race in, and a DD to commute-Hooley has the best of both

As mentioned though, rarely are they left stock and they are absolute monsters with massive modding potential. Add the WRX (standard or STi) to the mix to watch out for.

And quicker can be chalked up to traction to those two extra wheels pulling....
interesting little thread here about stock turbo'd EVOs, to give you an idea about how quick they can be on stock turbo, whether stock or built/forged internals or meth, etc.

Really a matter of displacement vs grip. The C63 looks really stupid when the tires don't hook.....just smile and wave as you do a 1/16 mile burnout.
