Nothings impossible, but the capital required would be in the billions. Dealers, even combined would not have the capital required to pull such a feat. They would need some serious rebranding, image-building and the commitment from a few large banks to support that kind of move.

But then again... nothing is impossible.

Is AMC and AM General the same company?

There is a certain CW5 over here that seems to think that Hummer/AM will combine, and be used for strictly military..vehicles made by China of course. Hell most of the parts and internals are foreign anyway. Also we have the new MaxPro, MaxPro Plus and Caimen's which are all MRAP's and made by International and we are steering away from the 1151's and the 1114's. The MRAP's are really heavy at 56,000 and 68,000 lbs. but are easier to use over here than in Afghanistan due to the mountinous regions. Of course they have the new dune buggy looking version coming out to ship over there.

124 MPH trap speed is very very fast for a factory sedan.

2006 C55 AMG
I was looking at a used 2006 STS-V with under 30K miles for around $30 grand before I decided on the C55. Firstly, American muscle is hands down the best value dollar to HP. Hell, I loved my Charger R/T! The real difference is in EVERYTHING else. The ride, interior, materials...etc all suk compared to any German car. I was a die-hard USA car buyer only until i picked up this C55, now i'm hooked. Never buy new, you can get some great deals for a car that's just 2-3 years old with low miles, hell i paid half what this C55 woulda cost new in 2006 and it only had 6500mi! The Caddi's sweet, but I hear it overheats.
