unknown to me and my shop my car has made it into Eurotuner magazine.

It just goes to show what Eurotuner thinks about Mercedes. Look at all those fine VW's I'm paired with.

Alumar and AMGSC, this is what you get to look forward to if you take over the C55 dragtimes title.... A feature on the very last page on Eurotuner next to some banged up VW's. Not to mention the super custom C32 blower on my C55???

Can they actually do that without permission? Are they Auto Papparazzis?

Yeah, pretty sad being even on the same page with them.

I was in contact with Eurotuner months ago when my project was wraping up and they said when its finished they would like to get it maybe in the mag and have a photoshoot. Thats the last I heard from them. (months ago) I would never put my car in the Readers section knowing my huge investment will be grouped with some real POS cars.

I just sent Eurotuner a nice email. I had know Idea it was going to be used. I was talking with the editor of the magazine when my car was still being built.

haha money! I figured eventually one of us would make it into a magazine. Grats on the exposer

This weekend I was out for some outlaw drags (sanctioned event @ local track), no times on the board, just the protree street racing. A rare street tire only event...

Needless to say, 13 runs, 13 wins including against a nitrous, venom 600 viper ... he couldnt get traction for nothing, buy the time he did, he almost caught me at the end.

Was talking with him after, he's like on MT drags he's a high 9, low 10 second 137-140mph car. Even with his 335 nitto's he couldnt get traction for crap.

One of these days and enough events i figure im bound to get into a magazine somewhere. I'm rockin google searches atm though... just type "C55 Kleemann"

80% of the links is a reference to my C55k

Methinks that Eurotuner is more like Eurotrash. I'm curious how they used your name and your photo without permission from you. Idiots.

haha! that magazine is junk! I was subscribed to that thing for a year and after the first couple of issues I noticed they completely ignore Mercedes. What a waste of money.

Primary cats. I chopped out the secondary cats. Well for that matter I chopped out both cats then replaced the primary cats with RT cats.

This is like saving someone form a burning house and having your picture in the paper on half a page, and on the other half a picture of a child molestor being convicted.

Hey, you always said for the right price....
Congrats on the article. Just a shame they botched up what could have been a great write up showcasing your car and all you've done. It could have opened up a lot of eurotrash readers eyes to the potential within these AMGs.

It does look like a used car add. What were the specs on those cats? 200cell? 2.5"? Any CEL's just from the cats? Did you have to fool the ECU like kleemann does? e.g. not use the second set of 02 sensors?

they were 3 inch 300 cell no CEL issues. its like $600 for a set. If you are interested I can get you a quality set of Hiflow cats for a much less price. that wont have a CEL issue.
