Battery/Alternator light headache!

Ok for the last few weeks I have been running into a Battery/Alternator light problem. The light would only come on at high RPM's then go back off. So without thinking that the tensioner may be getting weak and letting the belt slip I throw an alternator on it, Well I didn't get a alternator light for about 10 minutes after the install and then bam it comes on again around 5k RPM. So I visit my old workplace and get the battery and alternator checked, The battery checks out fine and the alternator is putting out close to 14 volts at idle, Then as I rev it up it drops to 12 volts and the batt/alt light comes back on. So I am thinking I have a weak tensioner causing the belt to slip and kick the light on. So I order a new tensioner and replace it and take it for a spin and sure s@#t it comes back on at high RPM. I am at a loss here guys my serpentine belt, Battery, Alternator and tensioner are all new. If anyone has had an experience with this or can point me in the right direction I would appreciate the hell out of it!

if your absolutely convinced its from lack of tension, you can do your own belt wrap kit for $25. Should give you a little more boost and increase tension on the belt.

I dont think it is a tension problem because sometimes the light will come on at lower rpms , I am totally confused with whats going on with the car....

Ended up being a faulty (new) Alternator, replaced the alternator again and the problem was gone.
