We don't usually get that much snow here in the Washington, D.C. area but, as you probably know, we got hammered pretty good this weekend. I handle it with my Ford Expedition 4x4, Subaru WRX AWD, or my '94 Saab 900SE with Michelin Arctic Alpin winter tires. The C32 is nice, safe and clean in the garage as I don't have to drive it if I don't want to.
Funny thing though, driving to work today with the roads still messy and errant snow piles here and there I spotted a new silver C32 with thirty tags still on the car make his way in the commute. Definitely no snow tires on the car.
The way I see it, if you can afford a C32 buy an all weather beater to go with it. The C32 definitely isn't a bad weather car and I wouldn't want to be cleaning off sand and salt for weeks.
Oh, almost forgot! The springs may be a DIY project for some but not for most of us. You also need to realign your car after installation.
