I was driving in Mexico last night on an open road, no cars of course...when I come up to a blacked-out CL 55 AMG. Needless to say, I wanted to test out Lenneth's abilities, so I gave him a friendly invite.

The other driver accepted and we took off. I had a full car of 4 people, but surprisingly, and pleasingly enough, I kept him in check from 80-110, then I actually started creeping up on him.

I caught up to him side by side at about 135. We slowed down at that point, gave each other respect, and went on our way.

All in all, though, I was very, *very* pleased with how my car did with it's simple mods.

Whoever you are w/the CL 55, much respect to you and your beautiful ride.

these little *******s can keep up with them heavy v8 kompressors.. thats sumthing that people dont know, they say "ah you only have a supercharged six and he has a supercharged 8, who do you think is going to win..?" they dont think about the weight ratios.. with a couple of mods, were running with them and sumtimes passing them..

Honestly, I think the older CL55's were pretty ugly. The newer CL's are better, but I'd rather have a SL over CL.
