Big bump. OUCH!
This morning on the way to work (Scottsdale & Dynamite, for you locals), I hit a road construction bump SO hard that my sunroof shade opened 3", my rearview mirror swiveled up 2", and all the doors unlocked two seconds later. Hmmm...I guess the C-Class is 'smart' and thought I crashed. I'm frankly surprised that my low-profile tires didn't pop or my wheels didn't bend--I hit it that hard. Ouch. I like the way they put the "BUMP" flag about 15 feet in front of it. Big dummies.

Speed and Road Construction

It's the worst feeling in the world. It make's me feel sick to my stomach. I hit one like that on a recent trip to New York and had to re-balance my rear driver side wheel because the collision bent it. You couldn't see the bend at all, so it took me a while to figure out. The two weeks before I figured it out were very annoying. Ridiculous vibration. Glad yours was OK.
