Leading to the obvious question ....
As to fitment, The place you're likely to have interference is the outside face of the caliper assembly. That's why you don't see as many "deep dish" wheels anymore. Multi-piston calipers need a lot of clearance on the outside of the rim.
But the AMG calipers are pretty big; and stoptech should be similar. Trial and error.
