[QUOTE=AirFrcd;3750291]The sale of the car has been spotty at best. I blame the overall state of the economy; the 9.8% unemployment rate; the recent 260,000 job loss in Sept; and our President... ![Big Grin](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Don't forget our most recent ex-president too - he had more time to screw things up and make good use of it

I think you have the banks and guys like Madoff to blame and to a greater extent ourselves driven by own greed.
YOu cant blame the previous lame duck president who did nothing to stop it and the current president who is failing trying to fix it.
There are several other people you can point the finger at before you could point it at those two.

Member ZE55 is the one who pointed the finger at our former fearless leader, of "nucular" proportions, not I.
I agree that there are many factors that have worked against the current state of the US economy, including poor, if not fraudulent lending tactics that were driven by the mighty green back, or greed.

I have so much $ into this car that it would be foolish to stop spending now, right
or worse yet, try and sell it at a huge loss.
The closest buyer I had was a Natl Guard who claimed he would buy the car on his return, and has since been MIA - LOL.
I am really enjoying the car, and at this stage just plan on keeping it, and driving it![drive](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/driving.gif)
