H&R Sway Bars on C55???
Has anyone tried swapping out their stock C55 front and rear sway bars with the H&R sway bars and noticed any better performance? Is it necessary for a C55? Are the OEM sway bars just as good or even better than the H&R sway bars I see on Ebay for $300 fronts and $200 rears?
The H&R fronts are 26MM and rears are 19MM. Also are the stock sway bars solid or hollow?
Thinking of just getting them but not sure if it's a waste of money...

I really like the ride and feel of my car now. But when I had my c230 I installed them and they perform really well. They are stiffer, but they have some problems with them. The bushings they claim require no lube, this is completely bull. I tried without lube and they made all kinds of noise. The front bushing will come out of the mounts and cause a clunk after a short while. I don't know if they have fixed that problem but not worth the hasle to me. I tried to resolve the issue with H&R directly and they gave me the run around. So in my humble opinion I would stay stock.
