who installed it for you? independent MB shop? if it wasnt installed right, then that could be an issue. if the little screws holding the pulley (its not one piece) are loose, that could be an issue. i'm not sure how great the probability of it not being balanced properly is, but assuming everything else is correct, then i guess you should talk with Jake or Jerry and figure out what the best plan of action is.

and yes, the crank bolts are stretch bolts. one time use.....once you take it off, you need a new bolt.

Yes, an independent MB shop did it for me. All they fix are MBs so I trust that they know what they are doing. The small screws u mentioned, I did torque them from 33lbs all the way to 36, stopping at each pound to see if there was any difference. EC said they are balanced beforehand, but when i first put the pulley on my car, the screws were not tight at all, how are they suppose to balance it without the screws tight? The first time i fired up the engine it was really wobbling, then I remember from the forum that we are suppose to torque it down. so from then on, 33lbs, 34 35 and 36 etc. Anywayz, i took it off first thing thing morning today and will send it off this afternoon. first thing i noticed switched back to the OEM pulley was how smooth my car idled, i'm sure if the pulley was balanced correctly, it would have idled smoothly. I wasn't sure cause i also had the headers installed. The headers def made it rumble more. Hopefully they can get this issue resolved cause I miss the 185 power...
