C3P Intercooler Reservoir. Install instructions?

Anybody have a copy of the installation instructions for the code3 reservoir? I've searched around the web and forums but can't find anything. Maybe I'm just blind though... so if somebody can point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,
Rich

to HP Autowerks for the following;

"The reservoir is simply placed inline between the IC outlet and the HE inlet. That hose is removed completely, and the two hoses you received will go in their place. The long one is used on the bottom, and the short twisted one up top. They are cut to fit hoses. The hose between the OEM reservoir and the lower hose is removed, and capped off at both ends with the large caps. The small caps are used on the upper line between the bleed nipple and radiator. I attached a quick photoshopped picture of how its installed. The only thing that may need to be used are some small o-rings underneath of the screws that go into the top removable plate. They are SS, and the plate is Aluminum. So there is some coolant that can pressurize and leak through them. But o-rings will solve the problem.

The yellow box is the tank. The blue lines are the new lines that replace the upper hose. The red dots are cap points (one not shown, but will make sense where it is)."

it looks like its mounted directly onto the radiator support bar.

Here's a clip of it in action, hopefully it'll give you some ideas.

np,,, I think I used nylon washers on the lid. The rubber o-rings didnt work and started to leak. So far I'm happy with my setup...GL

This diagram doesn't look exactly like our engine. I ended up taking the whole tri hose off that connected the top intercooler tube, OEM reservoir, and the heat exchanger. I capped the OEM reservoir and the bleeder hose and ran the supplied hoses the way the diagram shows. My only problem is I didn't need to use the second large cap. It seems like they wanted me to cap the hoses running off of the splitter, but I don't see how leaving the splitter there is necessary at all. I'm worried I did something wrong, but the more I run the setup through my head the more it seems OK. Anybody else not use both large caps?

I don't have any handy, but I'll go out and take some. Don't make fun of my dirty engine bay.

I thought the same thing at first, but trust me it fits perfect. The secret is getting the support leg into the right hole and then adjusting / tightening the screws so the fan turns freely. It's going to be tightly sandwiched between the fan and the air injection tubes. Make sure your putting the mounting plate under the radiator support. Also, don't even bother with the rubber O rings they give you. You WILL need nylon washers. In the pics you'll see white dots all over. That's coolant from when I tried it out with the supplied O rings. Unfortunately, the picture you really need is the one I'd have to take the bumper off to take. The last pic is of the hose you'll be completely removing. Also, you will need to cut the hoses supplied to fit.

In case you're having a slow-minded day like I was during my install...be sure to clamp both of the caps you put on. If you don't they blow off when the car gets hot and make a mess. I know, seems obvious, but for some reason it didn't to me at the time.
