Wow nice head work. You decked the head as well? I'm surprised you went so smooth on the intake you usually are supposed to keep it a bit rougher to help atomization and polish the chamber and exhaust ports only. I've been tempted to pull the heads and do some porting given that I've done it several times in the past. The only limitation would be to do a set of custom grind cams with much more duration and lift. Are you also using different valve springs or anything with the cams? Might as well. At least with the m113 this is probably the biggest limiting factor other than the exhaust. Compression is there so it should be making far more power.

The heads have not worked myself, but a good friend of mine. he already makes for about 25 years heads for hill-climb-engines. The roughness of the surface should then have to go in regulation.
I hope with the larger valves to 2 mm, and the ported channels, get more filling, without ohter camshaft.
because of the larger valves, I have others valve springs, that are based on underlying and possibly measured in accordance with disks
how much compression you see as the ideal point for the M112ML?
The heads are now quite easily planned, and I did not really significantly increase the compression.

How many mm in diameter are the new intake valves and who makes them? (edit: I see they are M113 intake valves and M155 exhaust valves) It looks great and I am in the precess of rounding up parts to something very similiar to my M113 V8. Are the new springs an OEM Mercedes part?
It looks like your head port work opened up the throat area under the valve seat. Did he enlarge the throat area as well? Did you cut the valve seats to have a 3 angle or 4 angle valve seat?

The M113ML & M155 valves are larger by 2 mm valves than the M112 ML,
I also used a new valve seat rings and valve guides.
the new valve springs because I have to look up whether is an OEM MB part ....
the channels in the compressor housing are also worked, just as the air
collector.

is from a crate krabbel a tuner, including the asymmetrical holes for the 80mm TB, see for yourself

Last weekend I finally managed to comb the parts installed
during the disassembly I found a broken cat again
and a failure header
assemble in reverse sequence
gasket
chain with new M155 aka "SLR" camshaft gears whitout rubber coating
whit the 80mm TB, and full 55k intake
complet
new ECO-mod on dyno coming soon............

Did you get parts directly from mercedes and what were the applicable part numbers.
Did you mention the use of slr camS, must have cost a fortune if so.
What did you do about the broken headers and cats?

What's the difference in crankshafts for the 3.2L and 3.7L engines and what will it do for our engines.
I'm thinking we need to look more into the m112 3.7L engine block, I think there's a lot of untapped potential that we have not done. I recently read a few articles on a set up and it was able to make around 500whp.

of factory 3.7 liter motor has a different bore size hub / proportion.
of factory 3.7L 97mm bore and 84mm stroke has, and uses the same crankshaft as the 3.2l. variants.
the brabus 3.7L, has 91mm stroke and have "only" 92mm bore.
with 92 mm bore can also be enhanced "c32" used motor block. with the 97mm bore will not do, only as "NA" engine is the "little" block with 97mm bore preserved
expansion as the last step would be a factory 3.7L block with 97mm bore and the BRABUS crankshaft 4.034L result ....
the 55K (V8) have 92mm to 97mm bore/stroke ie with other rods, one could use the original pistons 55K
I'm not sure if I want to drive this effort yet, a C63 but is also a nice car .......
thats all a hobby, and cost you a little money

a lot cheaper and potentially faster than a C63 with 500hp.
You may have a difficult time reading this website, but take a look at it. I believe this is a C32 estate that has gone with the m112 3.7l block and heads and retained the C32 supercharger and other components. He used a 58mm supercharger pulley and a 182mm crank pulley and he's almost at 1.4bars. He also used pistons and rods from the m113k engine and the c55 exhaust. He's claiming 500hp and it sounds like it could be possible, but you never know. Take in mind it has been translated from Chinese to English, so it may not make a lot of sense.

we go here in Germany also times longer stuck very quickly, there are the highly tuned engines, but usually quite vulnerable.
by the whole performance is a C63 a completely different league. so I do think a little about it to buy next or after next year a C63.
build a 4 liter M112 you need a compelling original 3.7L, they are still very expensive for us here -> 5-8t € is just too much to use only the housing

I did before some search about this project, it is time and money consuming and a lot of work.
you need to get first 6 pistons and rods from an 55k engine, then a 350 motor beside your c32 engine, disassemble the 2 engines to the last bolt, and assemble one engine consisting of:
- c32 crankshaft
- 55k piston and rods
- 350 cylinder
- 350 heads including c32 camshafts and valve springs.
At the end you don't know what compression you will have(you need 9:1)
and you will get lower lower boost.
Get a wet nitrous 50-70 shot below 1k$ and you will get same or more result.
you need to get first 6 pistons and rods from an 55k engine, then a 350 motor beside your c32 engine, disassemble the 2 engines to the last bolt, and assemble one engine consisting of:

- 55k piston and rods
- 350 cylinder

I remember reading that the design of the E55 supercharger housing was changed to include a bypass valve for safety issues, but the C32 and some 2003 and 2004 55 models did not have the bypass valve. I wonder if that housing is just an updated 55 housing. Take in mind the only vehicles that are supercharged are the 55 and 32 models.
Also remember, that 80mm throttle bodies are actually 78mm, but I could be wrong on that.
