My next Step....

I did before some search about this project, it is time and money consuming and a lot of work.
you need to get first 6 pistons and rods from an 55k engine, then a 350 motor beside your c32 engine, disassemble the 2 engines to the last bolt, and assemble one engine consisting of:
- c32 crankshaft
- 55k piston and rods
- 350 cylinder
- 350 heads including c32 camshafts and valve springs.
At the end you don't know what compression you will have(you need 9:1)
and you will get lower lower boost.
Get a wet nitrous 50-70 shot below 1k$ and you will get same or more result.

with the C32 crankshaft in the 3.7L block are missing connecting rod with piston & 55k 4mm high ..... that goes together so not because others have Pleul pure.
with the 91mm stroke BRABUS crankshaft missing only 0.5mm .... that would be feasible, but still needed because of the 3.7L block very expensive.
I'm not sure how well the "online translator" to translate this text, so I let the original in German are also here.
@ Robert AMG, "we need the exact part nb on the sc inlet he showed us."
this part isn`t a MB part, ich have no nummer......

That is precisely the problem, the effort is quite large. therefore, look well to go so my C63 ....

since i have a spare c32 block. Can i just increase the bore from 89.9 to 97mm and keep the stock stroke and crank.
My plan was just to increase the bore to 3.7L and use custom forged piston and rods. then just reuse the c32 heads.
I think it might be cheaper just bore the stock block rather then buying another block.

i thing the first jear from SL 55 have an 80mmTB and no bypassTB......, perhaps this is the right part

for an charged M112 3.7L you need necessarily an factory 3.7L.......
this is certainly the basis why brabus only 92mm bores, and the rest with the extended hub makes
the advantage of an original 3.7L is also have the heads with the big valves.

sorry, i have no number, it is a "develop-part" from a tuner. it was the only part that was available.

I have spoken with the chief from MKB, he sad, the normal M112.32 bore to 97mm you can only make an NA engine. for an supercharged engine are the sealing surfaces to small.

maybe just keep the oem head and upgrade to e55k valves like you were doing on your head.
I was thinking of boring out the block and upping the compression from 9.0 to 10.0 similar to the 335i engines to get more power per psi.

hi,
it happened, yesterday I bought a C63PP
i think i uninstall the modifications on the 32er.
then would the ported heads with new cams, new springs, SLR valves, the large throttlebody and the associated housing, 3.7l Brabus crankshaft and the 6 55K pistons for sale .....
has anyone interested?

A little off topic, but how did your larger throttlebody work out for you? Did you get any performance increase?
We need pics of the new car/.
