Back in the eighties while living in east TN. I had a boss who was an avid road bicyclist. He was by himself on a mountian two lane when a car load of spooks drove past. They thought they would be cute and stopped the car, got out (probably drunk hillbillies), and came walking towards my boss. He stopped, reached behind him, and pulled out his .45 and said "Is there a problem?" They had a sudden epiphany and thought driving off down the road was a better idea than messing with him.

It has happened to most of us I'm sure. I once had someone try to run me off the road and I was minding my own business. Be safe! Be smart!

You know i had a situation like this on the interstatet 40 mph when this guy(single occupant) tried to cut in front of me while using the carpool lane. There was a cop up the road. I wanted him to get caught, so i blocked him in.
This guy pushed me (in my C230) out of my lane into another. Thankfully the person behind was able to let me in.
This bit of playing road ranger damaged my fender and rear bumper.
You know what happened?
Got into a shoving match between me and the dick-weed!
Cop sent us both our separate ways, couldn't prove he tried to run me off the road even with my passengers corroborating my story and we both had to fix our own cars
It cost me $ 550 to play chicken.
If it happened again, i would just let the other guy go.
