a different C32 tranny question
another tranny problem.... I bought a C32 last year right after rebuild from glycol contamination. Radiator replacement, full rebuild and torque converter rebuild, & valve body replacement. Dealer & trans shop (Denver) tell me tranny is "tight" and will "break in" soon. 9000 miles later symptoms are when the car is cold (mostly winter) tranny has excessive torque and doesn't slip at all. If I shift the car into reverse with foot on brake immediately after starting it sometimes stalls the engine. Once the car is warm this never happens. Isn't really noticeable in warm weather. MB dealer (OKC) read codes and changed the valve body twice but problem didn't change. I also have a small jerk at 1500 rpm but I don't consider it significant. No record of the TCU being changed throughout the process. Any ideas??
