hooley my condolences. if you decide to part ways with the 55 check out soulsearchers sl600. this beast will be the standard from which you can go even farther!!

Intake? as in airbox?
The SL600 is on my short list. However the 600 is not an AMG (although blistering fast) so it would be hard no to be in an AMG. You know looking down at the speedo and seeing the AMG logo. That could change though, When you're looking at a BIturbo logo.
Well I got no news Friday, The adjuster no showed.. Kinda lame if you ask me. I hate sitting in limbo.. Partly because my secondary means of transportation is a beat up 1999 Dodge Caravan! Dubbed "The Bang Bus" its a total POS. On a plus side its much better on gas lol. I bought 87oct the other day. It was a strange feeling. Considering I only ran 100oct in my C55. $7.99 a gallon then going to $2.50 a gallon is kind of a good feeling

the full intake, the splitter, air box and tubes.
