Yes it is, I'm assuming you're talking about dual exhaust, but if you're not it still will work. Here is some research I've done on dual exhaust. You will find a how to and even the appropriate part numbers to do the exchange. You need to buy a new spare tire well, left heat shield, and some miscellaneous hangers. You can even buy the exhaust, but the exhaust by itself would run you about $1300 more or less.

I wanted to do it, but I don't have the money to spare at this time, plus you don't get that much performance from it for the money.

Parts needed:
Part numbers:

203-682-47-71
203-682-46-71 heat screens left and right

211-490-00-41 exhaust clamp

168-670-00-93 epoxy kit for the spare wheel well

209-610-05-75 spare wheel well

203-492-01-44 rubber hanger - passenger side

203-490-00-40 hanger mount - passenger side

All of these parts come out to around $500 to just replace the spare wheel well and miscellaneous parts from parts.com.

Some one also mentioned a back pressure issue, but I have not really confirmed anything. People have loss hp or torque from a different exhaust too, but I'm not too sure about that either.

The CLK55 w209 will fit the c32. Essentially the w209 is very similar to the w203. Even the spare tire tub to create a dual exhaust has a w209 part number. You shouldn't have a problem just like I mentioned in my previous post.

05 ML-500 , 03 CLK5.5 AMG has left the Garage
w-209 stock Exhaust

I'm currently removing my modded stock exhaust ,3 years ago I install
Kleemann headers ( Which works Great). Then had a custom mid exhaust pipe built from the Cats to a flowmaster 2--2.5" inlet / single 3" outlet. & had a ball flange swaged to the flowmaster 3" outlet, which mates up to the OEM exhaust pipe to the Supersprint muffler. I now am going to a full 2.5" true dual exhaust system. This system can be had . Cheers _PTEngineering
