LET customer service!

This is not a new story or experience for many of you here, but I think I post it anyway.

My LET/Eurocharged idle pulley failed last Saturday while cruising at 70mph. Fortunately enough, the frame to hold the pulley was still ok so I didn’t have to change the water pump. I pm-ed LET to ask for a replacement bearing. Guess what? They did not charge me even a cent and did not even ask me any question. This had already exceeded my expectation. The box came in Tuesday. And again, guess what? It was a brand new pulley. This was far from my expectation! Much much appreciate it LET! It’s hard to find such customer service. Thank you Tony and LET team!

BTW, I installed the pulley Tuesday night. The car is currently rolling again

I have said it many times on many boards here "It is VERY hard to beat LET/Eurocharged customer service"

They have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations.

That's good you're happy and they did replace the pulley. I guess I'm more concerned that the pullies keep going bad in the first place. Mine only had 2k miles and left my family and I stranded 50 miles from home (and ruined water pump).

I did install the needwings pulley kit, but only have 2k on tha tone so far...but I haven't seen any of those go bad yet.

FYI - when you put the reaplcement pulley back on, be VERY sure to torque it on to proper specs. I suspect some pullies going bad were just put on too tight.
