Going to the track tomorrow...

I've never driven a car on a track, ever. They're doing some classroom training in the morning then a ride along with an instructor. After that there's a lead and follow session with free runs ending the day.
It's by no means a day of racing, more along the lines of a "driving academy" for their recent customers. So what advice do you guys have to offer me while I'm out there. I don't plan on thrashing the car around and it's still factory stock in the performance department.

As far as the car goes, I'd pump up the tires a bit more than 30-33 lbs, perhaps run 35. Fill her to about 1/2 with premium and take the spare out of the back and any other stuff you have in the trunk. They don't tend to do tech inspections BUT get the "crap" out of the front. Open the hood between runs to alleviate heat soak.
