C32 or C55?

Subjectively, we can argue this one over a beer all day long, BUT the fact is, objectively from Dragtimes and even the car rags, the C32 has a "slight" edge to the C55 (stock) in the qtr. I believe that even Edmunds or another mag commented how the C32 they had tested was a lil quicker than the C55 they tested a few years later.

Ahh, the infamous Edmunds article.. I was wondering how long it would be before someone brought that up. Its funny how Car and Driver, Motortrend, Road and Tracks's findings were slightly different from Edmunds. Anyways, what mods do you have on your C55??

So there was (is) a C32 vs C55 debate and I'm not a part of it?
I've got some reading to do. In a nutshell... If you want to make a wheel spinning monster and toss the budget out the window. C55 all the way. If you want to bolt-on some good power at a reasonable buck. C32 all they way.

I'm not thinkin debate, I'm thinkin the next east coast mega meet! Seriously, a large W203 AMG meet and track rental would be awesome if a lot of people wanted to make it happen and we split the costs.

lol it doesn't have to be in GA or in the south, we can move up some or up the coast some as well if more are interested from the more northern areas....
