Another day another highlight, today they fitted the front bumper on and I think they are out for a road test. they've ligned up hoses, brackets etc. The install looks tidier and also the airtubes were installed.
Here are some new pics, they made some brakets to fix wiring harness and water line, then all things finally installed, amg lettering has to be put on with new sticker tape (on the airboxes)
Beastly !

** Where did you get the AMG lettering??? **
FYI, the factory (Kleemann) Red K paint will probably bake off of there after a few heat and soak sessions. I had to re-paint mine in red with heat resistant paint to get it to stay.

I can re-paint it no problems , AMG lettering well the dealership ordered it for me looks better than leaving it plain.

BTW Next AMG replacment will have 415hp SLK55 R172, 5.5L (M15x) will have 4 valves per cylinder (definitely not from the M113 line) and direct injection.

Yea, I saw that.. We need moarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr haha
Did u run it on the track yet?[/QUOTE]
Not yet, Kleemans dyno had her at 515 HP though? I am thinking low 12s at 115-118?? Have to get her down there for some runs? I don't have drag radials and with ESP off in first through second, she just wants to rip them PS II's right off the car. Totally different feeling car than the C32. The C32 is "cat quick" the C55 is more like Hammer fast. Build quality much better on the C55 than the C32. Stock to stock, C32 is/was quicker than C55.

Short update:
Car was put on a dyno (dyno jet) The car made 366 rwhp and was running to lean, I think the MAF is off so they ordered a new one from Dubai which will arrive by Saturday/Sunday and re do the test.
Had it on the dyno, put down 366hp wheel, but the car runs too lean, so we aborted the run before redline.

My tech, Talked to claus and will do some tests tomorrow, maybe the air mass sensor is faulty, new one is ordered from dubai, will arrive after the weekend, then we see further.
He said in this climate it should put approx. 410-430 to the wheels.

What was the A/F ratio? Did they adjust the fuel pressure at idle as per the instruction manual which is 4.0- 3.9 bar? They have to hook up a fuel pressure gauge and see whether the car is building enough pressure or not.
