So my 2002 C32 had the battery drain problem from the power seat module. I used the DIY guide on here and did it to both seats and the car hasnt died. Only thing thats bothering me is the SRS light. It won't go off. I tried unplugging the ground on the battery and plugging it back in, still stays on. I also thought it may turn off after driving it for a while but still on. Is there anythin gi can do to turn it off and keep it off? Would an OBD2 scanner reset that? If i go to mercedes dealership and have them reset it, im sure they would charge me a **** load of money, and theyll probaly say something about the rewired seats and they may not reset it (just a guess).
