RPM Idle after Gaskets change and Spark plugs.
Hello, guys!
I just changed my spark plugs and gaskets today.
After I drove car to home from the shop.
I put my shift on P and RPM idle was not stable.
It was kept moving between 1000 and 1200.
My friend suggested me it might be misfiring.
Need your help guys.
Thank you!

which
gaskets?
any cel?
idle should be about half of what you indicated
look for vacuum leak or if you removed the intake tubes to get at the plugs
check that it is seated fully and no intake leaks.
misfires you would have a check engine light and p0300 range misfire codes.
really looks like a leak though
also check that you did not knock off any vacuum lines

a comon problem i have seen on the 55s may be the same here. there is a metal tube that runs into the back of the intake. the tube is connected by a bolt at the back of the drivers valve cover. If this pipe is on the 32s also it can slip out while performing repairs. try to wiggle the pipe it should not move freely

The rear metal tube on my c32 slipped out and caused unstable idle but it was dying out not increased RPM. I have an issue where the vehicle will sometimes accelerate without gas applied, and will rev up in neutral/park. Doesn't happen often. Researching I found something about sensor on gas peddle. Is a somewhat common problem from what I remember.
