c32 amg- Where do you pour the transmission fluid in?
ok so i know u dont put the oil into the tube with the black cap in the first picture but what is it used for?
iv never changed the transmission fluid before so i dont know where the red lock tube pin is supposed to be.. but im pretty sure that its supposed to be covering the tube that is open in the second picture... am i right?
if not can someone tell me what that tube is for also and where the transmission fluid is supposed to go?

One is an engine oil tube and the other one that is way in the back is the transmission tube. There's a red lock tab (or black tab if it's never been changed) on top of a black cap.

Follow the diy
on www.benzworld.org w210 diy forum for the 722.6 transmission You need mb spec fluid like oem or valvoline maxlife and you need to measure the fluid with the special dipstick at the exact temp required for proper fill level.
The red locking clip can be omitted after removal it is no longer needed.
Trans filter and gasket set www.autohausaz.com
replace the o ring and electrical connector at the same time you do the fluid change $7 easy insurance against the pesky fluid leaks it can cause.
