185mm Pulley kit install help
I am in the process of changing out my Crank pulley,
So far I got everything off But I ran into a snag.
The bolt that was included with the kit dose not fit inside the new pulley is this supposed to be like this?
also I have this very small pulley And i dont know which one that is suppose to replace can anyone show me.
Thanks again guys

Check out this thread, there are a few links in the thread that go in to detail.

Is the bolt oem, if so it should fit. Maybe you were given the wrong crank pulley bolt.

I figerd it out, you must remove the six bolts that are holding down the pulley to the dampener
the dampeners hole is a bit larger then the pulleys hole (idk why it would) be but it fit like a charm.
Thanks agaiin
I am getting my remote tune in 2 hours Then gonna go burn some tires LoL
Now How the hell am I going to tighten this bolt with out the Special tool LOL

Please tell me you didn't take the pulley apart.......
The bolt fits perfectly in the hole. Twist it a little and it goes right in. Its designed that way....

I did 185MM install twice without any issues, but it was a PAI... Had previous experience with ASP on M111K. ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
What's this about the bolt not fitting??? People when a bolt seems to not fit you don't take apart your pulley. Call Eurocharged for further instructions or a new bolt...
